- Team Übersicht Gruppenspiele/Overview Group Matches
The games will be played simultaneously on four 30x15m fields with FIFA-certified non-slip artificial turf. Wearing artificial turf or indoor shoes is mandatory for the tournament. All types of cleats are not permitted. Spectators are allowed to enter the viewing area with street shoes.
The fields are surrounded by a 1-meter-high barrier, with a net above it. Entry and exit to the fields are only possible through a door next to the goal. An official match ball from the ÖFB (Austrian Football Association) will be used.
The hall can be entered as early as 8:00 a.m. Changing rooms and showers are separated by gender but not assigned to specific teams; they can be chosen and used freely. The changing rooms cannot be locked, so participants are responsible for securing their valuables.
There is a snack bar in the hall where drinks and small snacks can be purchased. Please note that only cash payment is accepted. A medical service will be present in the hall for initial treatment of injuries during the tournament.
- Unless otherwise stated, the official rules of football apply.
- Each team plays with 5 players: 4 field players and 1 goalkeeper. Each match is officiated by a certified referee. Guest players are only allowed if, due to the absence of their own players, a team no longer has enough players available for the scheduled match. This must be reported to the tournament organizers in advance.
- The playing field measures 30 x 15 meters. Boards are used, and nets are installed above them. If the ball touches the net on the long sides or above the field, the game is stopped and resumed with a kick-in at that spot by the team that did not cause the ball to enter the net. If the ball touches the net at the short sides next to the goals, it results in either a goal kick (if the attacking team touched the ball last) or a corner kick (if the defending team touched the ball last). The corner kick is also taken with the foot.
- The effective playing time is 1 x 10 minutes during the group stage and 1 x 12 minutes during the knockout phase.
- Player substitutions may occur at any time, but the player currently on the field must leave first. No more than 5 players from the same team may be on the field at any time.
- The offside rule is suspended, and the back-pass rule applies.
- Fouls committed by defending teams in the penalty area result in 7-meter penalty kicks (except for back-pass violations, which result in an indirect free kick from the spot where the goalkeeper touches the ball with their hand).
- Blue and red cards are used for warnings. The blue card is shown for minor fouls that stop a goal-scoring chance or for verbal attacks against the referee, and results in a 2-minute time penalty. The team plays shorthanded during this time. A second blue card for the same player in the same game results in a blue/red card and dismissal for the remainder of the match. The red card is issued for more serious rule violations and results in the player being suspended for the current and the next game. The tournament committee may impose longer suspensions for more serious offenses. If only 2 field players remain on a team, the match is abandoned.
- Back-pass rule violations: If a defending player intentionally passes the ball with the foot to their own goalkeeper, the goalkeeper may not touch it with their hands. Violations result in an indirect free kick at the spot of the infraction. After a goal kick directly to the goalkeeper, they may also not handle the ball with their hands. If they do, the opposing team is awarded an indirect free kick from the location of the hand touch.
- The start of each match is announced acoustically one minute in advance and begins with the referee’s whistle. The match ends with the referee’s whistle. The final minute is announced acoustically. There is no added time.
- The goals are 5 meters wide and 2.10 meters high. Only indoor or artificial turf shoes may be worn.
- On all free kicks, the opposing team must maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters from the ball.
- Goal kicks may be taken from any point within the penalty area by the goalkeeper. The ball is put into play by a kick. It is considered in play once it has left the penalty area in the direction of the field.
- In case of matching jersey colors, the team listed as the away team in the match schedule must wear the provided bibs.
- Participation in this tournament is at the OWN RISK of each player.
- Unless otherwise stated, the official rules of football apply.

FLINTA
The FLINTA tournament is played in 2 groups of 6 teams each. Every team plays one match against each other team in its group.
The top 4 teams from each group qualify for the quarterfinals. From the quarterfinals onwards, the tournament is played in a knockout format.
ALLGENDER
The Allgender tournament is played in 3 groups of 5 teams each and 1 group of 6 teams. Each team plays one match against every other team in its group.
The top 4 teams from each group qualify for the round of 16. From then on, matches are played in a knockout format.
Qualification Rules for the Knockout Stage – FLINTA / ALLGENDER
Match results are recorded by the referees and reported to the tournament organizers. Results will be posted and made accessible online via QR code.
A win earns the winning team 3 points. In case of a draw, both teams receive 1 point each. If teams are tied on points, the following criteria will be used to determine group rankings:
a) Goal difference
b) If still tied, the team with more goals scored
c) If still tied, the result of the direct encounter between the tied teams
d) If criteria a–c do not suffice, the ranking will be decided by drawing lots
Rules for the Knockout Stage – FLINTA / ALLGENDER
If a knockout match ends in a draw, it is followed immediately by a 7-meter shootout.
Shooters can be selected from any players who were not sent off (blue/red or red card) at the final whistle.
Each team nominates 3 shooters. If the score remains tied after 3 shooters per team, the shootout continues in sudden death, with one shooter per team at a time. All remaining players (including goalkeepers) must take part before any player may shoot a second time.
